What is ISPI? The International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) is the leading international association dedicated to improving productivity and performance in the workplace.
Founded in 1962, ISPI represents almost 10,000 local and national members throughout North America and 36 countries worldwide. Monthly meetings of over 60 chapters provide professional development services and information exchange.
Northeast Ohio ISPI (NEO-ISPI) is the local chapter representing performance improvement professionals in the Northeast Ohio Area. Chartered by the National Organization in 1987, NEO-ISPI is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations apply systematic approaches to improving human performance in the workplace.
